Eleanor Street, Central Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire - Planning Permission was obtained by cdc Architecture in March 2008 to demolish the existing pair of houses, and to build a block of 9 apartments.


 Central Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire - scheme for the redevelopment of this commercial paths edge property, to provide 4 apartments while retaining 2 shop units at the front of the Ground Floor.


 London Borough of Barnett - having obtained Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval in 2008 to extend the existing domestic accomodation at the rear of this High Street property, cdc Architecture have prepared scheme designs and feasability studies for the conversion of the property into a number of self contained apartments, while retaining the surgery located at the front of the property's ground floor.


  Farm Workers Cottage, located within a cluster of farm buildings in a Village near to the Northern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. This historic dwelling, located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is currently unused and semi delapidated. cdc Architecture have prepared scheme designs to reinstate and remodel the dwelling.

 Kerivon, near Rostrenen, Brittany, France - Conversion of farm buildings to Gite, B&B accomodation, and detached bunk barn and multi-use activity hall. cdc have been commissioned to carry out surveys and design drawings to maximise the use of space, as well as to oversee the construction works.
