Domestic Extensions


'Garden Room' extension - Detached Bungalow, Laceby, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. Single storey extension with feature vaulted ceiling and fully glazed walls, incorporating hidden steel frame. Completed 2009.

Extended Living Space - Waterworks Cottages, Central Grimsby. Single storey extension to rear of a 'Locally Listed' mid-terrace house, providing kitchen (with separate utility room), living and dining space. The extension is under a mono-pitch roof spanning across the rear of the house, two-thirds of which comprises of a bespoke hardwood framed conservatory. Specialist joinery by the now retired MJ Stringer, of Cleethorpes.

Extension and Remodelling to detached dormer bungalow - Waltham, Grimsby, NE Lincolnshire. The host property has had an extensive 2 storey extension across the entire rear elevation, resulting in the gross floor area more than doubling. First floor rear facing bedrooms are provided with roof terraces to make the most of the stunning views across open farmland to the Northern slopes of the Lincolnshire Wolds beyond. Completed 2010.
